        Booking Terms & Conditions \u2013 Nateina Home<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

        1. Purpose of the Rental<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

        The villa Nateina Home is offered as a seasonal rental for temporary residence and leisure purposes.
        Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        2. Booking & Payment<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

        A booking becomes effective upon confirmation by the owner and receipt of the full payment for the stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Payment may be made :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • by credit card<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • or by bank transfer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          The total amount of the stay (including rental fee, tourist tax, and any additional charges) is specified at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Security Deposit<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

          A security deposit of \u20ac3,000 is required for all stays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • It is processed as a credit card pre-authorization<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • It is blocked but not charged<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • It is taken on the day of arrival or in the days prior to the stay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            The security deposit is released after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection and the absence of damage, loss, or deterioration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            In the event of damage, restoration costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
            If repair costs exceed the amount of the deposit, the guest agrees to pay the remaining balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            4. Arrival & Departure<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

            • Check-in<\/strong> : from 4:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Check-out)<\/strong> : before 10:00 AM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              A digital inventory inspection, accompanied by photographs, is carried out upon arrival and sent by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              5. Cancellation & No-Show<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

              Any cancellation must be notified by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • In the event of cancellation between 0 and 30 days prior to the arrival date, or in case of no-show, no refund will be granted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                6. Use of the Villa<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

                The villa is intended for strictly residential use only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                The guest agrees to :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                • enjoy the property peacefully<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • respect the neighborhood<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Not organize any events or gatherings (weddings, birthdays, parties, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  The number of occupants is limited to the number declared at the time of booking.
                  Any unauthorized additional occupancy may result in early termination of the stay without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  7. Swimming Pool \u2013 Liability<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

                  The swimming pool is equipped with a safety device in compliance with applicable regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  The guest acknowledges being informed of this upon arrival and agrees to ensure the supervision of all occupants, particularly children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  The owner declines all liability in the event of an accident resulting from improper use or lack of supervision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  8. Insurance<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

                  The guest must be covered by valid holiday rental liability insurance for the entire duration of the stay.
                  Proof of insurance may be requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  9. Pets<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

                  Pets are not permitted unless expressly authorized in advance by the owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  10. Governing Law & Disputes<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

                  These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
