Booking Terms & Conditions – Nateina Home
1. Purpose of the Rental
The villa Nateina Home is offered as a seasonal rental for temporary residence and leisure purposes.
Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
A booking becomes effective upon confirmation by the owner and receipt of the full payment for the stay.
Payment may be made :
- by credit card
- or by bank transfer
The total amount of the stay (including rental fee, tourist tax, and any additional charges) is specified at the time of booking.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of €3,000 is required for all stays.
- It is processed as a credit card pre-authorization
- It is blocked but not charged
- It is taken on the day of arrival or in the days prior to the stay
The security deposit is released after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection and the absence of damage, loss, or deterioration.
In the event of damage, restoration costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
If repair costs exceed the amount of the deposit, the guest agrees to pay the remaining balance.
4. Arrival & Departure
- Check-in : from 4:00 PM
- Check-out) : before 10:00 AM
A digital inventory inspection, accompanied by photographs, is carried out upon arrival and sent by email.
5. Cancellation & No-Show
Any cancellation must be notified by email.
- In the event of cancellation between 0 and 30 days prior to the arrival date, or in case of no-show, no refund will be granted.
Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel cancellation insurance.
6. Use of the Villa
The villa is intended for strictly residential use only.
The guest agrees to :
- enjoy the property peacefully
- respect the neighborhood
- Not organize any events or gatherings (weddings, birthdays, parties, etc.)
The number of occupants is limited to the number declared at the time of booking.
Any unauthorized additional occupancy may result in early termination of the stay without refund.
7. Swimming Pool – Liability
The swimming pool is equipped with a safety device in compliance with applicable regulations.
The guest acknowledges being informed of this upon arrival and agrees to ensure the supervision of all occupants, particularly children.
The owner declines all liability in the event of an accident resulting from improper use or lack of supervision.
8. Insurance
The guest must be covered by valid holiday rental liability insurance for the entire duration of the stay.
Proof of insurance may be requested.
9. Pets
Pets are not permitted unless expressly authorized in advance by the owner.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Judicial Court of Pointe-à-Pitre.
